Returns Policy

We want you to love your new kitchen look, but if something isn’t right, we’ve got your back. Here’s everything you need to know about returning products to Wrap Your Kitchen.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return any unopened and unused vinyl wrap within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email us at info@wrapyourkitchen.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The items you’d like to return
  • The reason for return (optional but helpful)

We’ll send you a returns form and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.


2. Items We Can’t Accept

We’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Any vinyl that has been cut, used, or removed from the backing paper
  • Custom-cut items
  • Clearance or sample items (unless faulty)

3. Condition of Returns

Returned items must be in resellable condition:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Free from damage or contamination (dust, grease, paint etc.)

If the returned item doesn’t meet these standards, we may reduce or reject the refund.


4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Please note: We do not refund original delivery charges unless the return is due to our error.


6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email info@wrapyourkitchen.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
